This is Fabri-Tac by Beacon Adhesives. It has been around for ages, but I have never used it.  The Amazing Helen gave bottles of this to me to use at the make it take it table last week.

I loved it and went out and bought some for myself. It works as a substitute for a hot glue gun.  Not kidding. We used it on fabric and on felt.  It held well, and dried immediately.  No glue gun burns or glue strings.
